A little known fact about whiskey; it begins its life as beer. And yet, most distillers use flavorless beer when crafting their whiskey.

So Mike Reppucci and Dave Pickerell began experimenting with recipes while sticking to their belief that a whiskey is only as good as its core ingredient, beer.

The result of their labor is UPRISING American Whiskey, a whiskey distilled from a flavorful stout beer.
